Hello.Welcome.Combiflam is only analgesic and antipyretic and no role for cold.For cold you have to take some antiallergic like cetrizine.Good luck.

Thanks for query,
If there is decongestant,analgesic tab. not available you can take combiflam.
It will work on fever and bodyache,cold symptoms may not affect.
