Can Usage Of Coconut Oil Cause High BP And Cholesterol?

170lb 39yr old male. previously overweight with high bp and cholesterol problems until I started half iron triathlon. Been healthy for some time. I noticed that cooking with coconut oil causes a strong musk odor for a few hours after. I'm told this is normal. Is it? what causes it?

Coconut oil is rich in saturated fat and leads to increased cholesterol and triglycerides level. It's not healthy to use coconut oil for cooking. However it doesn't directly lead to high blood pressure.
