hello sir.i am 23 years old boy. i had both testis undescended since birth. at age 6,orchiopexy was done and the tiny testis were brought down but they failed to descend.now masturbation results ejaculation of semi transparent fluid in small volume. and erect penis size is about 3.5 inch. can i be fertile and satisfy my wife?
Hello Thanks for your query. Based on your statement I would say that you have Bilateral Undescended testicles and surgery was performed at the age of 6 years to place them in scrotal sac,.
However the testicles have failed to develop completely.
It is likely that they may not be producing sperms which are essential for conception. . Get your semen analysis done to confirm whether your semen contains sperms or not and if the semen contains sperm what is the sperm count and what is the percentage of active grade one sperms which is vital for fertilization of female egg to result into Pregnancy.
As regards size of the erected penis it is hardness of the penis that is more important than length for sexula satisfaction of your female partner. Dr.Patil.
