I had a lot of gas and burping about a month ago, tightness in the chest etc and my physician referred me for an ecg just to be cautious. the ECG was clear and so i was put on a prescription of omepraazole and sucrafil suspension. The gassy tummy continued and within 2 weeks i began getting a funny feel in my throat. Initially it felt like swollen tonsils with a feeling of a lump like stuck there for most of the time. For a few days i'd feel better but then the symptoms would recur. Presently, i have this throat tightness and pain in the collarbone area, feels like swollen tonsils too and i do get a feeling like i've got a cold. Tummy too feels gassy at times and i burp now n then. it's so miserable feeling like this.
