Hi,

Beyaz pills are low dose combined hormonal pills. According to the manufactures and scientific studies also:
- Irregularity in menstrual cycles like amenorrhea, irregular spotting etc can be expected in early months of usage due to hormonal fluctuation
- Missing the pills or altering the time of intake of pills can also lead to irregular spotting
- Associated factors like thyroid hormonal imbalance, obesity, intake of any other drugs etc can also affect the efficacy of the pills.

Now the possible suggestions for you are:
- Please consult your Gynecologist once, take tablets to control the bleeding like anti fibrinolytic drugs and continue the remaining pills as per the schedule. Possibly your menstrual flow may regularize soon.
- If the problem persists you may need to change the pills either higher dose or may need to choose some other contraceptive methods like progesterone injections, IUCD etc.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
