Can Taking Tranexamic Acid During Pregnancy Hinder The Baby's Brain Development?

I was prescirbed Tranexamic acid during pregnancy to stop nose bleeding. I have been told that by taking tranexamic acid during pregnancy can stop or hinder the baby's brain development. Is this true? I have already given birth and my daughter is 2 months now and everything seems fine. Should I be worried?

Tranexamic acid is a category B drug means there are no studies to show that it has any harm on the animal babies but human data is not available. Most of the drugs used in pregnancy are in this category. So please do not worry.

It is not shown to cause brain damage in babies.
