Can Symptoms Like Tiredness And Pain In The Face Be TIA?

I AM 83 years old and had a small stroke three years ago without a bleed or any crippling. Two months ago, I felt very tired, irritable and my balance was worse, and some pains on the sides of my face. I feel good now, but wonder if I had a TIA? Thank you
