Can Strict Diet Cause Constipation With Blood And Nausea?

Hello, I am on a strict diet and have lost 62.5 lbs. Recently I have been having constipation and when I wipe there is a little blood. Today while I was showering, I started to feel nauseated, blurry vision, and almost like I was going to faint. I had to get out of the shower and sit down because I felt so bad. I then went to the bathroom after feeling this way. Now I feel just nauseated and have a headache. I have been on this diet since September and never felt like this before.

* Blood in stool is in relation with friction of anal canal wall mucosa ,
hemorrhoid or anal fissure development from hard stools .

should seek immediate medical attention , do not neglect it .
* Till then drink plenty of liquids .
