Can Stress Or Food Allergies Cause Rashes On The Stomach And Thigh?
I broke out in a rash today on my stomach and thighs...I heard drinking red bull can cause this (as I drink 3-4 per day) I also heard stress can cause this (as I have an interview later this week) and I also heard insect bites can cause this (as I was knocking down cobwebs earlier today) Which of these are most likely???

You seem to have developed an urticarial rash.
It seems to be most likely due to insect bites followed by a red bull drink.
Take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine.
