Can Shulman Syndrome Be Detected With A Blood Test?

my 5 yr old daugher has been having chronic fevers for months, even had them for a years...gets real high, it stays around for days, tylenol/motrin bring it back for time being and then it goes away, comes back a month or 2 later, no other sympoms. dr cant figure out what it is...her great grandfather passed away from ttp, i know there is a hereditary version called upshaw shulman syndrome. Her dr just did some normal bloodwork as well as immunglobulin bloodwork, would this show up in that or would we have to get specific bloodwork for that
