Can Semen Discharge After Urination Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

I am a 23 year old male with a habit of masturbating daily and practicing the 'start and stop' technique for PE despite not having such conditions. Recently, I had stopped these habits and noticed semen after urination. It usually occurs 1 to 2 seconds after the urination process. I am worried that these occurrences will lead up to impotency or erectile dysfunction. Please advice.
