Can Scar Tissue After Accident Cause Strange Feeling In Head?

I often have a very strange feeling in my head, like a bubble or something. Also off balance and dizzy often.
Many years ago I had a serious head injury from a bike accident and I know from an MRI years ago , there is scar tissue after that accident. It was a contra-coup.

Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Dizziness and the strange feeling in your head can be attributed to long tern conseguences of head injuri that you had many years ago.
my advice is to meet a neurologist because in my opinion you need to repeat the MRI and after the result your doctor can say if there is the scar tissue that cause the symptoms and the possibel treatement.

Hope I have clarified your doubts. If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask. I would be happy to help.
Best regards.
