Hello, There is no need to get stressed about recurrent Rubella infection as life time resistance usually develops once you are vaccinated; the same may not hold true of Cytomegalovirus. I would suggest prenatal assessment of the possibility of any residual infection through performance of TORCH titres before you plan to conceive again. You should also take prenatal vitamins.
