Can Ritalin And Vyvanase Help With Fibromyalgia?

I have Fibromyalgia for the last 10 months. I am currently taking Endep, lycria and cymbalta. I feel very vague all the time almost like I can t be bothered with anything even to think. I have heard that Ritalin and Vyvanase can help with Fibromyalgia is this true.

Ritalin is a good choice for fibromyalgia.

Vyvanse also a good drug but long term use is not recommended.
