Can Red Dots In The Middle Of The Tougue Be A Side Effect Of Inhaling More Of Advair Or Lack Of VitB12?

About 2 wks ago I was eatin an noticed my tongue,roof of my mouth burned. Payed it no mind thoght I jus burned it with some really hot food/drink cas the pain felt as tho I did. But even hurt when I. Inhailed a cigarete or my teeth scraped against it. So then noticed I have small flat smooth no outline red dots/spots in the middle of my tongue an now the pain is gone but the dots/spots are still there. Got Asthma few days before christmas ended up with Bronchitis. Started takin my inhailer more (advair 500/50) more then I normally would an now jus gettin better from the bronchitis. Didn't no if it could be allergic reaction or lack of vitamin b12 or a dental prob cas I do have a gavity an 1 tooth that needs to be pulled that had a root canal on. Hi. This is called glossitis , which has not known single causative factor to blame for. Usually it can go on its own, If not Visit an ENT surgeon. Take supplements of anti-oxidants with B-complex.
