Can Premature Ejaculation Occur Due To Back Injury Or Concussion?

I've had premature ejaculation since I was about 23 years old. It started about a year and a half after getting a concussion in a boxing match. Also, at the time it started, I was having severe thoracic back pain, which I was getting PT for. Could either the back injury or the concussion cause premature ejaculation?

From the chronology of events and characteristic of disorder of Premature Ejaculation it seems that the premature ejaculation is independent of both the events. Regarding concussion it happened one and half years before the onset of Premature ejaculation and it is highly unlikely that this injury caused PE as it was long time back. It is highly unlikely that thoracic injury can also lead to single disorder of PE as injury will manifest as other neurological deficits also. So i think you PE treatment from psychiatrist which seems more functional than organic.
