Hi,

Please do not worry, polycystic ovaries what we call PCO is normally seen in young girls, but it is important if you have irregular periods. I presume you might be having regular periods, then you don't have to worry about pregnancy, as you might be having regular ovulation i.e. egg release. I usually don't advise anything for my patients for PCO, except for maintaining good healthy diet and regular exercise and maintaining normal body weight.
