Can Prednisone Reactivate Clostridium Difficile?

I have been on a one month course of prednisone for migraine drug rebound withdrawal. I am now experiencing extreme acid reflux that isn`t responding to Pariet and bloating and discomfort similar to C-diff that I had two years ago. Can prednisone reactivate c-diff.
