Can Piles Be Completely Cured With Surgery And Can A Diabetic Safely Undergo This Surgery?

Hi sir, my dad age is 58 now.. he have diabetes , daily he take tablets ..and his weight is more than 80 kg..
my dad is having piles problem (mulavyadi) from so many months..he use to take tablet for that also..now doc suggesting to get operated for that.. now my question is

1) It will completely cured once it get operated ??
2) It will be fine to get piles opearation even though he is diabetes patient...please suggest me sir..

It depends on the extent of the piles, for how long the individual has had the condition and the expertise of the surgeon. I am afraid surgery would not solve the problem completely, but would significantly improve the quality of life. A condition for a diabetic to under this surgery would be a proper control of the blood sugar. If the diabetes is well controlled, with a good anesthesiologist in the process or surgical procedure, no fears. thanks and kind regards
