Can Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome Be The Cause For The Physical Symptoms?

Hello,
My mother has been suffering for at least three years now with something. She didn't know if it's physical or mental. Has been told she has had several different things like IBS,high blood pressure, pancreantitis, mental health issues, and more. Now she started a new blood pressure medication and she said that she has this horrible feeling in her clitoris.
After searching many times online I believe she has Persistant Sexual Arousal Syndrome. She has almost all of the symptoms and she is taking three different medications that affect the serotonin level or drugs that are SSRI's. The drug that she got from her regular doctor was for blood pressure and the three other medications are from the psychiatrist. Who should she go to first to look into this and what should be done to fix these physical problems she's having that's caused by the medications. And now she is scared that she has some mental illness that no one would believe her. Everything that is on the list of syptoms she has. Even the list of misdiagnosed illnesses she has been treated for or she think she has. Any advise in this matter will be helpful.

Thank you,
Dave
