Can Pain In Right Ears, Neck, Face And Back With Slight Fever Indicate Shingles?

I have pain right side in line with ear, going down to neck, and my right side of face feels hot. Going to see doctor tomorrow. Also experiencing slight pain on right side at back of body in line with navel. Cannot describe it better - sorry.Could this be shingles. I feel a bit feverish too.

You will need to review in the hospital for this , if vesicles are developing it can be shingles.
