Can Pain And Stiffness In Knee Be Symptoms Of Arthritis?

Hi sir , i am 23 years old. while doing some leg,hand movements crunchi (CUT-CUT) type sound is produced. some times in winter season or in morning i feel some stifness in the joint movements. while stepping up staircases there is pain in knee. some time while playing or working on computer there is pain in elbow joints. please tell me is it arthritis and if yes then which type. please suggest me best doctor for the same.

Good evening. I dont think it is arthritis. It is mostly present on exertion for you and get s relieved at rest. But you need to consult a rheumatologist to see if there is any mechanical cause for the knee pain. Also supplement yourself with vitamin D Supplements. That would help and wear good sports shoes.
