Can Nausea, Heartburn, Craving For Foods And Delayed Periods Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I have been having nausea in the morning, heartburn in the afternoons, craving for certain foods, late period and I'm always on time. I have been very tired lately and bloated.. I've taken a test and came out negative I'm 3 days late. Also I have been very moody and I feel like I'm hot. Pregnant?

hi welcome to healthcare magic forum.All these symptoms may be related to pregnancy but as your test came negative.Better wait for one more week if your period does not come then repeat the urine test once again.or you can go for an USG also.take care.
