Can Multivitamins Boost The Immune System To Avoid Frequent Cold?

My 11 month old has been poorly on and off for 2 months, with colds, fever, sickness, cough and dihorrea. The doctor won't give me anything to help. It there a multivitamin or something natural I can give her to boost her immune system abit, just to give the poor mite abit of a break!

Vitamin c and e are strong antioxidants and so decrease allergy and viral infection.zinc and some micro nutrients too decrease recurrent infection.
