Can Menapause Make Psoriasis Worse?

Hi, My name is Lisa. I was diagonized with Palmoplantar pustulosis. It was not severe for several years and is now getting worse. I am currently not bleeding and have been going for like 5 months in a row with no bleeding then bleed a month now it has been 3 months no period. I have sweats, dizziness and trouble sleeping. I have been tested and the doctor said I was almost through menapause a year ago. I had alittle estrogen left not much. My sister and brother both have Thyroid disease. I have been tested and it came back 1 point high so they are saying my thyroid is fine. I have two questions. Can menapause make my psoriasis worse? Is there a natural cream I could use to take it away. I do not use any medicenes for it. I would prefer to use something natural. What do you think of coconut oil or tea tree oil?
