Can Lymph Nodes Cause A Hurting Throat?

Hey. My throat has been hurting. Like not the pharanyx or the larynx. Just on different sides. Sometimes mild sometimes sharp. I have just had 4 colds in a row. Do you think it could be the lymph nodes? I.am young and don t know what else it could be.
