Can Low Potassium Level Cause Dark Circles Under Eyes?

My daughter has dark circles under her eyes. Could low potassium levels or hydrochlorothiazide cause this? She has non specific autoimmune and is taking the hydroclorothiazide right now and she s been eating bananas daily, but her eyes are very dark underneath. Maybe because she isn t sleeping much due to having to go to the rest room alot?
