Can Low Dosage Of Xanax Be Taken After 15 Hours Of Smoking Meth?

Im 23 snorted two lines of meth for the first time about 15 hrs ago, how long will the high last? Is it safe that I took a low dosage xanax ? Can I take a sleeping pill tonight? Side note Im experiencing sweaty palms, cold feet, anxiety, blurred vision, and irregular heart beat. I dont know if its because of the meth or if im having alcohol withdrawals.
