Can Is Use Antibiotics With Clindamycin Hcl 300mg And Sulfamethoxazole?

Hello, for the past couple of days I have been taking clindamycin hcl 300mg and sulfamethoxazole due to having an abscess on my wrist being surgically removed. I am an experienced, recreational user of MDMA. Is there any dangers when mixing these antibiotics with the drug? Also, I am not naive and am fully aware of the health risks of MDMA and I use in a safe, controlled environment with plenty of hydration and a very healthy appetite. Thank you!
