Can Irregular Eating Habit Cause Delayed Period?

Hi. Really important question for me.. if I binged on a controlled substance for 2 weeks.. and it kept me from eating right and sleeping right that whole time... 4 weeks ago.. can that be the reason why my menstrual cycle is late? Because of all the weight I lost while on it, and all the weight I gained once I stopped... or something. I was supposed to get my period on Monday of this week and tomorrow is already friday. Idk if I calculates the days wrong, But my app does it automatically and it s usually only 2 days off. I ve already taken 3 test since monday and they all tested negative
