Suggest Home Remedies To Treat Irregular Menstruation

I have my wedding in 15 days and my last period was on September 10th.. Its almost delayed by 48 days. Please suggest me some home remedies or excercise to get my period overnight. I tried eating a lot of papayas, sesame, jaggery, grape juice and hot water massage. No luck.

Hello,

1. To treat irregular menstruation get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done to check the status of the ovaries.

2. You can do blood test also e.g AMH, FSH and LH to rule our premature ovarian failure.

3. Take tablet Registeron twice a day for 5 days and then stop. You will get your periods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Harshita, Infectious Diseases Specialist
