Can infertility be a genetic problem ?

Hi, I was wondering if my fiance can have children. His Brother and his wife have been trying for a baby and went through IVF a couple of times and still wasnt sucessfull. Could this be genetic? We never use condoms and im suprised i havent fallen pregnant .

Hi.... IVF (invitro fertization) method is adopted only, for those couple
who cant conceive by natural intercourse.. yes she can conceive by IVF.,
or else can try with ZIFT,GIFT, this is more easy methods.
