Can Increase In Blood Urea Level Cause Serious Kidney Problem?

Hi, I'm a 36 year old male patient with CHF and Meditronic ICD implanted 6 months ago. My blood urea has shot to 53 mg/dl and Sodium dropped to 136 mmol/l. The Serum Creatinine (1.3mg/dl), Potassium (4.9 mmol/L) are within normal levels. Is there a chance of serious kidney problems?

Hi, dear
Your blood urea level is slightly high. Your creatinine level is normal. So it doesn't suggest serious kidney problems. Don't worry about that.
Thanks for using health care magic.
