Can I Take Lactifiber With Water For Constipation?
iam suffering from chronic constipation , it started when i injected 8-9 injections of mecobalmin , after thati feel that some muscle in my abdomen was blocked & i consult docter , he examine my whole body blood teste & colonoscopy . however now iam taking lacti fiber daily 7 i want to know that can i take lactifiber with water. help me

Thanks for asking query on HCM. Lactifibre pwoder is quite safe and it has to be taken with water. It is a good remedy for chronic constipation. Also increase fibre in your diet like cucumber, carrot, radish and variety of fruits.
