Can Hypertension Lead To Swelling And Pain In Neck?

hi im 36 year old. 165 cmc, 81 kgs ,hx of hypertension. can u pls help me with my query i have a occasional migraine but this time its different. its started with a pulsating pain in my left side of my head and i have neck pain with a swollen thing at the side of my neck. and i have a tooth abscess, no fever, its already 9 days now and im worried about throbbing pain in my left side of my head especially i turn my neck from side to side. my question is this cause of my pain???? i took augmentin 1 g for 4 days now..
