Welcome in HCM,
Asthma is caused by allergens inhaled in air, like dust, pollen, smoke, smell, animal dander and some foods like egg, shell fish, chocolate, cold drinks etc. So avoid such things which increase your sufferings.
Use following homoeopathic medicines-
1. Arsenic alb 30 - 2 drops 4 times
2. Antim tart 30 - 2 drops 4 times
3. Blatta ori Q - 20 drops 3 times
In allopathy inhaler and rotacap are less harmful then tablets. So avoid use of taking tablets.

Homeopath Dr. Swati Ramkumar's  Response
Hello,
Asthma is a kind of hypersensitivity of the body to certain allergens. The allergen could be anything and everything under the sun ranging from dust, pollen grains, perfumes, incense sticks, dander, certain foods etc.,
You can not control the air that your breathing in, but the body can be made immune to these allergens, and this can be done by improving your immunity. Homeopathy acts by improving the immune system and thereby making the body less susceptible to the allergens. This in turn helps in reducing the frequency and intensity of the asthmatic attacks.
In short Homeopathy holds the key to your problem and would surely help you in getting rid of the problems and improve your quality of life.
In the meanwhile-
1) Practice breathing exercises.
2) Avoid sudden change of temperatures
3) Try and identify the triggering factor in your case.
4) Regular vaccuming and dusting needs to be done, with changing of the bedsheet and pillow covers atleast 2 times/week.

Kindly visit an experienced homeopath for a detailed case history and prescription.
It is important to identify and prescribe the remedy that is best for you, although there are many specific medicines for asthama, inorder to get a long term and permanent solution for your problem.

Homeopath Dr. Alisha's  Response
hi
welcome to health care magic
As far as I know homeopathy is the only system of medicine which tries to 'cure' this disease completely, instead of trying to provide symptomatic relief. While dealing with a case of asthma, a homeopath not only records the symptoms of the disease but also studies the medical history, family history, physical and psychological characteristics of a person.
There are lots of medicines in homeopathy for asthma and it is not possible to list them all here. Some of the common medicines are ars-alb, ipecac, lachesis, pulsatilla, spongia, sulphur, ignatia, antim-tart, hepar-sulph, nat-sulph, tuberculinum etc. The selection of medicine varies from patient to patient
Do regular light exercise like brisk walking or jogging. Heavy exercise can precipitate an attack of asthma, so always do mild exercise without putting too much strain on your body.
Learn breathing exercises to improve your lung capacity. Of especial use is 'pranayam', a yoga exercise.
Learn some stress relieving exercises, meditation, or yoga to minimize the psychological factors related to disease.
Eat healthy, nourishing and well balanced diet.
i hope my answer will be useful to u.
good luck
