Can Hernia Be Permanently Cured?

i had lyposcopic surgery for an incisional hernia but because the mesh net needs to attach to bone in pelvic area i am not successful. knowing surgery has to take place again i need a doctor that takes blue cross and i prefer lyposcopic surgery over being cut open. it would be nice to know if there has ever been success with this procedure.
