Can Gastritis Cause Pregnancy Symptoms Like Back Pain, Nausea And Fatigue Feeling?

I am a week late for my period I got 2 home negative pregnancy test and a negative blood test the doctor said I have gastritis but I still have no period and I'm cramping with back pain nausea fatigue increase appetite and mood swings...could the test be wrong or am I going crazy!!?

Hi...yes gastritis can cause all these symptoms... and periods can be delayed to stress...so dont take stress...wait for a week more...if still no period then show to a gynecologist after a negative urine pregnancy test...
