i had surgery 3 weeks ago, had to have my glad-bladder remove and repaired my hernia in my navel. my stomach starting hurting 4 days ago i was up all night going to the washroom and just watering coming out of my anus, i have no appetite and my stomach always makes weird noises. why is this happening

It may cause such symptoms since bile production is decreased after surgery. But it should not last for more than 2 months and it should improve day by day. Try to eat more liquid fluids, probiotics, and less fried food, alcohol and carbonated drinks.
