Hello,

It is likely that hormonal imbalance is causing her symptoms. She should get well after a couple of days as the body adjusts with the hormonal alterations due to I-pill intake. She should take home made food rich in minerals and protein. Take iron supplements or take iron rich food. Maintain healthy weight and avoid sedentary lifestyle.

Avoid anxiety and stress (emotional or physical). Help her stay relaxed. If she is getting too restless then get her clinically examined by a gynecologist, to rule out ectopic pregnancy / pregnancy or to detect PID, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, anemia or any other pathology causing her symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
