Can food allergy cause swelling and reddening of eyes ?
Hi there I am 40yrs, 180cm tall and weigh 95kgs. I have over the year noticed that my eyes have become increasingly swollen and going a bruised colour. Could this be a result of a food allergy and what is the best way of discovering which food it could be?

I am just above 60. I have been tested and diagnosed allergic to Fish, Beef,Spices, Raw onion, Dairy products. All of these things cause itching rashes all over my body. Sometimes the rashes on the genitals are accompanied by swelling. Eating fish causes swollen tongue. Some doctors tell me that people above 50 do not experience allergy. These allergy symptoms started 3 years back. Now I avoid most of these food items but still I am getting rashes. The rashes last for 10 to 12 hours.

My daughter is now 5 years. She is allergic rhinitis. Before 2 years, she was given asthafen and privent for 3 months. But, she has recurrent rhinitis. Now, she has nasal polyp also. Doctor said that she has adenoid. She has now cough and that comes out the mouth(mucous) during two weeks. no chest congestion. Doctor prescribed montair-5 and metatop. Sir, is it has any side effects in the future and whether it will permanently cured from the illness?
I've been having mild (but annoying) dizziness off and on for a week. This happens to me several times a year to varyng degrees, and I have yet to get a clear answer on why or a solution. I do have a dust mite allergy and use Astelin daily, but it doesn't seem to help. My sinus are constantly "stuffy" without a runny nose. Could this be the cause of the dizziness?
