OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods are suggestive of pregnancy, hence I would suggest you to get an urine pregnancy test done. If the test is positive, then do consult your OBGYN specialist for further management.
If the test is negative, then delay in periods can be due to duphastone. The periods can occur up to 7-10 days after stopping the drug.
Yes, letrox is letrozol which is a ovulation induction drug and thus helps in increasing the incidence of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti verma
