Can Elevated ALT, AST And GGT Levels And Adenocarcinoma Be Interrelated?

i have elevated ALT, AST and GGT which are all eleveted more than twice the upoper limits. I have also did a colonoscopy and found a grade 2 adenocarcinoma. Is these two findings related. CTScan of liver is clear. How will this affect my option of treatment?

Since the CT scan shows a clear liver, the raised liver enzymes need to be evaluated for Hepatitis B and C status.
