Suggest Further Management Of Adenocarcinoma

I have an ileostomy and food exits rather quickly through the bag and not through the rectum. Can I assume that colon cleanses are of no use to me AND would probiotic supplements not do their job as they are designed to do their work in the intestines. I see that some contain FOS that reduces the acidity of the stomach acids. I am stage 4 cancer for 31 months at Stage 4 and I know cancer thrives on glucose and acid conditions. I do take a prescription of 650 mg. of Sodium Bicarbonate 2 X daily for the acid. My PET.CT showed the SUV on the largest tumor went from 9.4 to 4.71 in the last 98 days, there were no new tumors and some reduction in others! I take 23 supplements daily...some twice. I have adenocarcinoma of the lung...was Stage 3 in Feb. of 2009 when I was in for abdominal problems. I never smoked and had no lung problems! Thank you for any help. I am 72 on paper and 21 in my head!
