Can Delay In Period And Morning Sickness Mean I'm Pregnant?

I had my baby on sept 30. My gyn tought it would be good to go in the depo shot. I got my shot dec 7, and i waited a week to have sex. I have had an upset stomach and morning sickness for the passed 3 days, and have yet to get a period since my delivery. Is this normal? Could i be pregnant again?

well depot inj are given as contraception for a period of 3 months. during this time there would be no menses , it prevents the secretory phase of endometrium and hence no menses. but you have ideally waited for 3 weeks before having unprotected sex as it takes time for depot to act. ideally barrier contraception is prescribed. my advise would be to do a urine pregnancy test 7 days after your missed scheduled period, if its negative then you are safe.
