Can Citalopram React With Alchohol?

this a sensitive issue but i need an anwswer to get something clear in my head. my partner went out drinking at the weekend she kissed a man in a pub and basically ended up sleeping with him but she claims she can not remember most of the night and she can only remember waking and feeling that something wasnt right she called the police and claimed she was raped. she takes medication for depression, the medication is called citalopram so would it be possible for drink and the medication to make her act in this way and to forget all of this situation.

It is known that all the antidepressants should not be taken together with alchohol. Although she should see a psychologist to realize what has happen that night.
