General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of knee pain can be related to osteoporosis.
I suggest using painkillers to treat the pain such as Ibuprofen.
I also suggest cold compresses for local application and gentle stretching exercises.
I suggest to take a calcium and vitamin D supplement.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
