Can Child Be Given Oral Polio Drops Regularly?
My kid is one year old now. The child has been given oral polio drops and other vaccinations regularly as per schedule till now. The govt is conducting polio drops drive on a particular date and has advised the residents to bring the children for oral polio drops. Can we go for it as the child is regularly given all required medications. Will this become an overdose and will create any side effects now or in future. I need your advise beacuse I feel this additional opv might become over dose

u should go for ur kid immunization on time. Dont bother about national programmes. According to various expert extra doses of polio vaccine not harmful. These national campaign is basically for mass circulation and for those who r not regular for children immunization. It would not effect on ur kid even if he get extra dose of polio drops. now be relax
