Can Blocked Nose Due To Sinusitis Be Treated Without A Surgery?
I have gross c shaped dns and sinusities.my left nose is little bit blocked, since i have been hit by a cricket ball 10 years ago, since then I have been taking nasal drop trice a day,is there any possibility to straightened the nose by doing pranyam or anything without being operated?
The gross deviated nasal septum (DNS) predisposes you to recurrent attacks of sisusitis. Long standing use of decongestant nasal drops can worsen nasal blockadge. In my opinion you should stop using decongestant nasal drops.
The nasal septum that separates the nasal cavity in to two halves has a cartilage part (semi hard and flexible) and a bone (hard) part to it. It is unlikely that a deviated nasal septum can be straightened by breathing exercises like pranayam in my opinion.
Hope this helps.
