Can Back Pain, Nausea, Bloating And Delayed Periods Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

12 days late for my period, 5 pregnancy tests gave faint positive results, brown discharge started a few days after. Now it has turned into a thin red period. Lower back pain, nausia, bloating, emotional.
What could it be? Am I actually pregnant or have I lost early?

hi welcome to healthcare magic forum.as you got your period now,you are not pregnant.all the symptoms you are having is because of late period and hormonal disturbances.but still if you are worried better get ab USG abdomen done to confirm the diagnosis and meet a gynecologist.take care.
